I agree 100%. If I'd been a "row" or two back, I'd have been miserable.
At the front, even if I was pinned, I didn't feel too claustrophobic. So yeah, the front was better than nothing. Besides, my quick trip back throught the crowd to the front after using the toilets just before the show was enough to tell me that the hygene of the audience was lacking. Filthy hippies. Or at least they smelled like it. :-}
